What do I do going forward if I want to raise a new modification?

SECMP0049 introduces a new Development Stage to the Modifications Process. The focus of this stage is to ensure a clear problem statement of the issue you are looking to resolve has been agreed before any consideration of solutions begins. To facilitate this, there is no ‘proposal form’ needed to raise a new change. Instead, you simply need to email us at with your draft problem statement to initiate the process. Your issue will then be developed into a full proposal during the Development Stage.

How can I join the new Change Sub-Committee?

We are also seeking members for the new Change Sub-Committee created by SECMP0049 – click here for further information. The deadline for nominations is Friday 15 March 2019.

Where can I find further details on the new Development Stage?

We are publishing a series of articles on the new Development Stage, and the first two parts can be found here and here. Please refer to the second part for further details on how to raise a new proposal going forward. The next part in this series will be issued later this week, and will look at the role the Change Sub-Committee will play in the new process. You can sign up to our Newsletter to be notified when this and later articles are published.
