The Panel has established a new Sub-Committee to manage all Privacy matters on its behalf. The group is called the Privacy Sub-Committee (PSC) and Panel has delegated relevant SEC Section I Obligations. Duties will follow a similar remit to the Security Sub-Committee (SSC) but also cover data ethics, emerging technologies, a privacy statement of objectives and a consent strategy.
