Means the services comprising the Mandatory Business of
the Licensee, namely (i) the Core Communication Services,
(ii) the Elective Communication Services, and (iii) the
Enabling Services, (iv) Incorporation, delivery and provision
of the Centralised Registration Service (Condition 15) in
each case as operated or provided by the Licensee in
accordance with the relevant provisions of Condition 17
(Requirements for provision of Services), or in respect to the
Incorporation, delivery and provision of the Centralised
Registration Service, these may also be services provided by
the Licensee in accordance with a direction given by the
Authority in accordance with Condition 15.
