Means that part of the Authorised Business of the Licensee
that consists of the operation or provision, on behalf of or
to SEC Parties or REC Parties (or other persons eligible to
receive Mandatory Business Services, as described in Condition
17 (Requirements for provision of Services)), of Mandatory
Business Services under or pursuant to the SEC or the REC.
