On 1 October 2018 BEIS issued a consultation letter regarding the regulatory changes for Release 2 go-live. Release 2 involves a number of DCC and SEC Party System-impacting changes, including those necessary to support dual band communications hubs.
The consultation closed 18 October 2018 and BEIS has today issued its Consultation Response Letter and Direction for associated changes to the SEC effective 28 October 2018.
