SEC version 6.24 came into effect on 31 January 2020 to implement SECMP0069 ‘EU Exit Changes’ as an ad-hoc SEC Release.
What parts of the SEC were affected?
The following parts of the SEC was affected:
- Section A ‘Definitions and Interpretation’
- Section D ‘Modification Process’
- Section I ‘Data Privacy’
