SEC version 74.0 came into effect on 23 May 2023 to implement changes to SEC Appendix AM ‘SMETS1 Supporting Requirements’ (including Annex A ‘Device Model Variations to Equivalent Steps Matrix’).
This is in support of the Data Communications Company (DCC) Smart Metering Equipment Technical Specifications (SMETS) 1 service.
