SEC version 73.0 came into effect on 17 May 2023 to implement changes to SEC Appendix AL ‘SMETS1 Transition and Migration Approach Document’ (SMETS1 TMAD) following a re-designation issued by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
This is in support of the Data Communications Company (DCC) Smart Metering Equipment Technical Specifications (SMETS) 1 service.
