On 22 September 2021, an updated version of the SEC came into effect to implement a modification made by the Data Communications Company (DCC) in accordance with SEC Appendix AK Clause 4.2. This is in support of the Data Communications Company (DCC) Smart Metering Equipment Technical Specifications (SMETS) 1 service.
Summary of changes
This modification streamlines the approach to SMETS1 Uplift Testing via amendments to SEC Appendix AK ‘SEC Variation Testing Approach Document for SMETS1 Services’ (SMETS1 SVTAD).
