We had our usual roundup of the past month in SEC Change before having an in-depth discussion about MP169 ‘Managing SEC Obligations and the Consumer’s Right to refuse a Smart Meter’, which is seeking to introduce another option for Suppliers when dealing with consumers who are reluctant to accept Smart meter installations.
