An updated version of the SEC came into effect on 16 March 2020 to implement a designation by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). This made changes to the Smart Energy Code (SEC) and the Data Communications Company (DCC) Licence as directed in the 16 January 2020 government response.
What parts of the SEC were affected?
The following parts of the SEC have been updated:
- Section A
- Section G
- Section H
- Section I
- Section K
- Section L
- Section X
