At the SEC Panel meeting on the 11 September 2020, the SEC Panel approved version 2.9 of the Privacy Controls Framework (PCF) for publication.
Amendments have been made to take into account arrangements and evidence for Random Sample Privacy Assessments (RSPA):
- Section 6.3 – Outlining the logistics of the assessment process as well as the sampling methodology approach; and
- Appendix B – Addition of guidance around I1.10 to give advice on what our standards of evidence will look like for the RSPAs.
SECAS strongly suggest that all Other Users review the amendments and in particular Appendix B, I1.10. The PCF can be found can be found on our website here.
