Privacy Sub-Committee Election 2024: Membership Update

SECAS recently held elections for the newly established Privacy Sub-Committee. Following a call for SEC Party nominations and subsequent votes, the results are as follows:

Large Supplier Seats
SECAS has now received five nominations for the six Large Supplier seats, Emma Johnson from British Gas, Amy Cox from EDF Energy Customers Ltd (replacement for Heather Hatcher who is no longer able to stand), Sharon Armitage from E.ON, Adam Carden from Ovo Energy Ltd and Shanti Wakefield from Octopus Energy Ltd. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Small Supplier Seats
SECAS received two nominations for the two Small Supplier seats, Joanna McLucas from Drax and Amy Ogborne from ElectraLink. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Electricity and Gas Networks Seat
SECAS received two nominations for the two Electricity and Gas Network seats, Nick Zentner from UK Power Networks and Martin Shannon from Cadent Gas Limited. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Other Users
SECAS received four nominations for the three Other Users seats, following a vote, the successful candidates were Geoff Huckerby from CGI, Joshua Cooper from Hildebrand, Matthew Roderick from n3rgy. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.
