Privacy Sub-Committee Elections 2024 – Update and Voting

The Panel has established a new Privacy Sub-Committee and issued nominations for the following seats:

• 6 persons representing Large Suppliers Parties;
• 2 persons representing Small Supplier Parties;
• 2 persons representing Electricity Network Parties and Gas Network Parties;
• 3 persons representing Other Users
• 1 person appointed by the DCC; and
• 1 Consumer Member nominated by Citizens Advice or Citizens Advice Scotland

Large Supplier Seats
SECAS received three nominations for the six Large Supplier seats, Emma Johnson from British Gas, Heather Hatcher from EDF Energy Customers Ltd and Sharon Armitage from E.ON. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Small Supplier Seats
SECAS received two nominations for the two Small Supplier seats, Joanna McLucas from Drax and Amy Ogborne from ElectraLink. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Electricity and Gas Networks Seat
SECAS received three nominations for the two Electricity and Gas Network seats, Nick Zentner from UK Power Networks and Martin Shannon from Cadent Gas Limited. Their terms will commence on 14 March 2024.

Other Users
SECAS received four nominations for the three Other Users seats, Geoff Huckerby from CGI, Joshua Cooper from Hildebrand, Matthew Roderick from N3rgy and Madhuban Kumar from CarbonLaces.

This will now go to a vote open to all Other Users. Other Users can find out more about the candidates below, and can vote by filling out the voting form below and returning it to the SECAS helpdesk (SECAS@gemserv.com).
