Department for Energy Security and Net Zero response to the Smart Meter Targets Framework consultation

On the 6^th July, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero published its response and consultation on:

• Smart Meter Targets Framework: government response to a consultation on minimum installation requirements for Year 3 and Year 4.

Following consideration of stakeholder responses, DESNZ has published its conclusions and has laid the regulatory changes to the main body of the SEC before Parliament, in line with the procedure under Section 88 of the Energy Act 2008.
