On 5th June 2018 BEIS consulted on the timing for incorporation into the SEC of an updated version of the SEC Variation Testing Approach Document (SVTAD) by designating v2.0 of the SVTAD as Appendix AJ of the SEC.
The consultation on timing closed on 15th June 2018. After taking into account the responses to the consultation, BEIS has issued its consultation conclusions with a direction to incorporate the revised SVTAD with effect from 25th June 2018.
