Means the SEC Subsidiary Document of that name set out in Appendix N which:
Section L4.5 of the Code sets out the content to be included in a SEC Subsidiary
Document entitled SMKI Code of Connection. The document should explain the way
in which an Authorised Subscriber may access the SMKI Service Interface; any limits
on the use of SMKI services; the procedure for an Authorised Subscriber and the DCC
to communicate over the SMKI Service Interface; and a description of how mutual
authentication and protection of communications over the SMKI Service Interface will
operate.
