Secret Key Material

Means any Private Key, Shared Secret, Symmetric Key or other functionally equivalent cryptographic material (and any associated input parameter) that is generated and maintained by a Party or RDP for the purposes of complying with its obligations under, or in relation to, this Code, but excluding:
(a) any such material (and associated input parameters) to the extent that it is maintained on Devices;
(b) any Digital Signature; and
(c) any output of a Cryptographic Hash Function operating on an input communication.
