Means the Systems used by the DCC and/or the DCC Service Providers in relation to the Services and/or this Code, including the DCC User Interface, the SMETS1 SM WAN, the SMETS2+ SM WAN and Communications Hubs except for those Communications Hubs which are:
(a) SMETS1 CHs;
(b) neither installed nor in the possession of the DCC; and/or
(c) installed, but are not Commissioned.
