The non-exhaustive criteria (including those set out in Section N3.7) against which the Data Communications Company will analyse and report upon the feasibility and cost of Adopting a Communications Contract in order to facilitate the provision by the Data Communications Company of the Minimum SMETS1 Services in respect of the Eligible Meters that are the subject of that contract.
