November 2022 SEC Release

The November 2022 SEC Release, which went live on 3 November 2022, contained DCC System impacting changes arising from SEC Modification Proposals. The following modifications were included in this release:

Additional Information

Category 3 IRPs and their DCC System impact

Category 3 IRPs are those that are non-DCC System impacting and do not require any DCC testing. However, modifications which only contain category 3 IRPs may be listed as having a DCC System impact in the table above. This occurs when that modification is the only modification impacting a specific version of GBCS. This causes an indirect DCC System impact as the DCC must test against that new version of GBCS. If other modifications targeted for the same release impact the same version of GBCS, then no DCC System impact will be highlighted against any category 3 IRP modification as the testing would be necessary for the other modifications in any case.

The SEC Release Implementation Document covering the modifications included in this release is available below. This document was last updated on 26 August 2022 to reflect the approval of MP160, MP181 and MP204, MP167 falling out of scope and MP212 being added to scope.
