On 26 May 2021, the Change Board voted to approve this modification under Self-Governance. This modification was implemented in the November 2022 SEC Release.
What is the issue?
MP099 contains two Issue Resolution Proposals (IRP) IRP 571 and IRP 586. IRP 571 relates to historic data when Device does not know the time. The issue is no information such as consumption of energy for a specific time, can be forwarded if there is no time associated with the meter or the Communications Hub. IRP 586 relates to modify use cases so ESME GSME & GPF behave in the same way.
