Good Afternoon,
SEC version 89.0 came into effect today (27 June 2024) to implement the June 2024 SEC Release and a Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Designation. This Release contained DCC System impacting changes arising from SEC Modification Proposals, alongside an uplift to the DCC User Interface Specification (DUIS).
The following modifications were in scope of the June 2024 SEC Release:
- MP162 ‘SEC changes required to deliver MHHS’
- MP178 ‘Removing DSP validation against the SMI join status for SR8.8.x’
- MP211 ‘Aligning the SMI with the CPL’
- MP256 ‘SEC Alignment with DCC SMETS1 MHHS Capacity Requirements’
- MP260 ‘June 2024 SEC Release housekeeping’
- MP269 ‘June 2024 SEC Release Supporting Changes’
The following sections were affected because of the June 2024 SEC Release:
- SEC Sections A, F, G, H, I, L & M
- SEC Schedule 11
- SEC Appendices E, P, R, AB, AD, AG & AM
