SEC Performance Assurance (SEC PA) will be hosting an industry webinar on 20 July to mark the launch of the industry consultation on the Performance Assurance Framework (PAF) artefacts supporting the SEC Performance Assurance Pilot phase.

The Pilot represents the next stage in the implementation of the PAF, building on the lessons learned from the successful Proof of Concept (PoC). During the Pilot, SEC PA will apply the PAF processes, artefacts and a broader range of Performance Assurance Techniques (PATs) across multiple SEC Risks to further test, refine and validate the framework ahead of the enduring Performance Assurance service commencing in April 2027.

The webinar will provide an overview of the Pilot approach, explain the key enhancements made to the PAF following the PoC, and outline how assurance activity will operate during the Pilot phase. It will also explain how industry stakeholders can participate in the consultation.

Register to attend the webinar.

The consultation provides an opportunity for Parties and other stakeholders to review and provide feedback on the draft PAF artefacts, including:

The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions, understand how feedback from the PoC has shaped the updated framework, and learn how consultation responses will be considered before the Pilot phase commences in September 2026.
