The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero is today, 30 June 2026, publishing its conclusions on its consultation of 11 June 2026 and re-designating the Virtual WAN Transition Document (SEC Appendix AZ) with changes that support supplier opt-in arrangements for the temporary disablement of 4G communications with VWCHs with the soft-launch firmware version.

SEC v138.0 is now live to implement the associated legal text.
