In this episode, we have a roundup of the past month in SEC Change and then go into detail of the February 2023 SEC Release, including what is in the scope of the release, who these changes impact, how and where to go for more information and support. We discussed MP219 ‘Accessing Consumption Data on behalf of SEC Parties’, which is seeking to make it easier for Other Users to collect consumption data on behalf of SEC Parties. We also discussed MP222 ‘CPL submission efficiency improvements’, which is to remove Supplier endorsement for Device Manufacturers to update hardware or firmware for a Device currently on the CPL.
