SEC version 131.0 came into effect today, 26 February 2026, to implement the February 2026 SEC Release.

This Release includes three modifications and contains legal text changes only.

The following SEC Party is impacted by the February 2026 SEC Release:

  • DCC (for MP303 only)

The Modification Proposals implemented as part of this SEC Release will not have any impact on SEC Parties. The wording implemented in the affected documents will however provide a benefit to SEC Parties as it addresses grammatical errors and provides more clarity to existing obligations.
