SEC version 128.0 came into effect today, 12 January 2026, to implement the ad hoc SEC Release of MP311 ‘Additional Out of Region Communications Hubs Amendments’.
The modification was recommended for approval by an ad hoc Change Board on 5 January 2026. Ofgem approved the modification on 9 January 2026.
