SEC version 118.0 came into effect today, 07 August 2025, to implement the ad hoc SEC Release of the following modifications:
MP295 ‘Amendment to SMETS1 Cache Solution’
MP296 ‘Alignment with updated ISO standards’
The following SEC sections were impacted by the ad hoc SEC Release:
SEC Section L ‘Smart Metering Key Infrastructure and DCC Key Infrastructure’
SEC Appendix AM ‘SMETS1 Supporting Requirements’
SEC Appendix AT ‘SMETS1 Cryptographic Key Management Policy for DLMS Devices’
