The Authority decided to reject the modification proposal on 24 May 2018.
What is the issue?
Currently there are no commands in SMETS to rest debt registers on either ESME or GSME, meaning Users have to utilise multiple commands in order to remove debt that is displayed to a consumer on a Smart Metering System.
What is the solution?
This proposal seeks to add a new command to allow users to reset any of the debt registers on a meter.
