BEIS Consultation on matters relating to the November 2020 SEC Release

Today the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published a consultation on a number of matters relating to the November 2020 SEC Release. The consultation seeks views on:

i) The date on which a number of SEC Technical Specifications and Subsidiary Documents are proposed to be designated / re-designated;

ii) A number of proposed corrections to a subset of the documents referred to above;

iii) The date from which changes to SEC Section L that were previously suspended should take effect; and

iv) The form of the directions that give effect to the above.
