SECCo Board has appointed a Programme Director to manage SECCo’s programme around the award of the DCC2 Licence. Colin Sempill, previously Interim CEO of Smart DCC, has been appointed to this role and will start on 01 August 2025. It is intended that Colin will Chair the Board Advisory Forum (BAF) around SECCo’s DCC2 SPV.
In line with the commitment below please find the draft Terms of Reference for the BAF and note that the SECCo Board has also agreed that there should be a representative from the SEC Other Party category, should there be a nomination from this Party constituency. The Board made this change to recognise that at some point this category of Party may fund the SEC arrangements.
We will be looking to set up the first meeting of the group in due course and will be seeking nominations for members shortly.
