We are pleased to inform you that as part of our commitment to improving the service and support you receive from us, SECCo will be launching a Digital Service Desk Solution. We aim to release this by 05 March 2026, although the final deployment date remains subject to the completion of key activities.
Implementing our new Service Desk Solution, will provide SEC Parties with a single, streamlined way to raise support requests and will allow us to ensure you receive timely updates and responses.  Further enhancements are planned, and we will share more information once decisions are finalised.
What You Can Expect:
  • Once an email is sent to the SEC@seccoltd.com mailbox, users will receive an automatic reply with a unique ticket number confirming the creation and assignment of your query.
    • Please note that we have worked to limit the amount of unnecessary automated replies generated, responses to meeting invitations (Accepted, Declined, Tentative, Cancelled, Out of Office) are excluded from automatic replies.
  • After your case is resolved, you will receive:
    • An email to confirm your query has been resolved with a description of the resolution.
    • A short optional Customer Effort Score (CES) survey to help us continually improve our service to you. To avoid overloading you, we have limited the number of surveys you could receive to three per month.
What Will Not Change
  • Your usual point of contact for the SEC helpdesk remains the same, and you should continue to send your queries to SEC@seccoltd.com.
Next Steps
  • We will share further information as we get closer to the go-live date. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email SEC@seccoltd.com.
