Team

Ross is the Chief of Staff; he joined in July 2025, reporting to the SECCo Board Chair. He will work closely with the Executive team and a wide range of partners to ensure SECCo meets its statutory obligations and drives forward our ambitious change programme. 

Ross brings over two decades of senior leadership experience from Capita, where he delivered value across multiple sectors and led programmes supporting key government policy initiatives. Most recently, he has been focused on customer experience and digital transformation, including the adoption of automation and AI tools.
