Ros is the Director of Business and Technology Architecture and joined SECCo in September 2025.  She brings over 35 years of broad experience across the telecoms and technology sector in multiple senior positions, and has been instrumental in acquisitions, mergers, divestments, and fundraising. 

Ros chaired the UK Government’s UK5G Advisory Board, the Telecoms Supply Chain Diversification Advisory Council, and is a member of Ofcom’s Spectrum Advisory Board.    

She is responsible for influencing stakeholders on the future technology and data strategy for smart metering and chairing the Technical and Business Architecture Sub-Committee (TABASC).
