I am the Head of the Continuous Improvement & Project Delivery team. My team is responsible for managing SECAS continuous improvement initiatives which includes feedback shared through Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

We also project manage SEC projects and procurement exercises and manage the SECCo Board’s corporate responsibilities including provision of company secretary duties.
