Joshua Cooper is CEO and founder of Hildebrand Technology, a leading innovator in smart energy, IoT and digital infrastructure platforms. With more than 25 years’ experience in technology and energy systems, Joshua has led the delivery of pioneering smart metering, energy management and data platforms across the UK and internationally, including projects with utilities, government and research institutions. He currently serves as a Board Director of DCC2 Limited and as a Board Member of the Smart Energy Code, representing the Other User Party constituency. Joshua has founded and scaled multiple successful technology businesses, including Boltblue and SpinVox, both Times Tech Track 100 companies. He continues to focus on innovation in digital energy systems, consumer empowerment and secure data infrastructure.
