Robin Healey
Robin is the Director of Sub-Committee Management; he joined SECCo on 21 October 2024.
Robin brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with extensive regulatory and commercial expertise acquired from working at three of the largest energy companies. He spent several years working at the heart of the Smart Metering programme for the DCC and SECAS, where he was responsible for coordinating the Sub-Committee’s input to key SEC Panel governance decisions, along with identifying and implementing governance improvements. Most recently he worked for Centrica on shaping the emerging domestic Demand Side Response markets in the UK and Europe.
He is responsible for ensuring that the SEC Sub-Committees implement SECCo’s strategy, maintain and strengthen alignment of the Sub-Committees, and uphold robust, agile processes to address operational and technology-related issues. Additionally, he will serve as a vital link between the SEC Sub-Committees and the SEC Panel.
