Carolyn has worked in the energy industry since 1997 and has worked for ESG Global for the last 10 years, currently holding a position of Global Product Manager.  Carolyn has been heavily involved in the Smart Meter roll out (SMETS2 and SMETS1 E&A), working closely with all types of suppliers and metering agents.  During this time, she has gained an extensive range of understanding which, enables her to successfully represent small suppliers at various governance groups and sub-committees.
