Faye is the Citizens Advice representative on the SEC Panel, as well as the SEC Change Board and Change Sub Committee. With over 5 years of experience at Citizens Advice, the statutory consumer advocate for energy, Faye has expertise in various energy policy areas. This includes ensuring that energy networks and systems infrastructure deliver value for money for consumers, as well as addressing debt and affordability issues in the retail market.

Caroline Farquhar
Caroline is the Industry Codes Specialist at Citizens Advice sitting on the SEC Panel, the SECCo Board, and the Panels at the Balancing and Settlement Code and the Uniform Network Code. She has seven years of experience in energy advocacy at Citizens Advice having worked on the Electricity Distribution ED2 price control, a number of ED2 Customer Engagement Groups, and on the Open Networks Challenge Group. Prior to her time with the Energy Team, Caroline worked for a Local Citizens Advice in Kent as an adviser, a trainer, as Strategy and Fundraising Manager, and as the consumer representative on the South East Water Customer Challenge Group. She has also previously worked for a decade in risk and credit management in the investment banking sector in London.
Caroline brings a wealth of real-world consumer viewpoints to her advocacy work at SEC while also being able to access the extensive smart meter consumer research and expertise within the wider Citizens Advice Energy Team.
