Becky Lever
Becky is the Director of Service Management, she joined SECCo on 9 December 2024.
Becky has a wealth of experience in the delivery of outsourced services with a career spanning 20years in IT outsourcing, supply chain management and commercial contracting. Becky has previously worked in the energy industry having been at Elexon where she was responsible for the re-structuring and retendering of a major IT subcontract in support of IT transformation. She has worked for leading IT outsourcers focusing mainly in public sector and defence in the UK and abroad. Becky has focused on contract restructuring, operational service improvements, target operating model and supply chain strategy development. Most recently Becky worked for Capgemini, leading their procurement services on a defence account, providing strategic support to the account leadership team and UK Procurement team.
At SECCo Becky is responsible for managing outsourced and sub-contracted service providers, ensuring value for money and structuring services effectively for the future delivery model. Becky will be tasked with driving efficient and effective service delivery across all SECCo’s contacts with service providers, managing the SEC outsourced services, ensuring effective liaison and cooperation with other relevant codes, and providing service management input into market-wide changes and initiatives.
