I am the Delivery Manager for the Party Engagement team. My team is the first point of contact for the SECAS Helpdesk. We are responsible for supporting applicants to the SEC and guiding newly acceded Parties through their journey to becoming a DCC User. We also facilitate regular engagement calls for SEC Parties to openly discuss issues and share feedback.
