The SMDA Review and Double Band Device Consultation is now available on the SEC website here.
The Consultation outlines the future scope of the SMDA Scheme and the High-Level Requirements. Party feedback will underpin the forthcoming SMDA Test House procurement activity. The Consultation also requests feedback on the changes required to introduce Double Band Device testing (testing with HAN Devices that operate on the 2.4GHz and 868MHz frequencies) into SMDA.
