The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero is today re-designating SEC Appendix AU (NETMAD) in order to:
- enable the transition to a new “DCC Connect” Gateway service as part of the Data Service Provider (DSP) programme from today; and
- support the migration of existing Users from their current Gamma Gateway Connections onto the new DCC Connect service.
The changes to the NETMAD were consulted on by the DCC between 31 October and 12 December 2025 and the DCC published its conclusions on 26 January 2026.
