SEC Version 107.0 came into effect today, 18 March 2025.

DESNZ has redesignated ALL versions of SEC Appendix AD ‘DCC User Interface Specification’ (DUIS) to come into effect today, 18 March 2025.  The change provides for Devices with a Smart Metering Inventory (SMI) Status of ‘Installed Not Commissioned’ to be permitted to be added to the Device Log of a Communication Hub Function.  A copy of the letter giving effect to this can be found here.
