The draft SECCo Business Plan and Budget for 2026 – 2029 will be published in early January 2026. SEC
Parties will be invited to review the draft document and provide feedback on the proposed priorities,
activities, and budget. The document will set out SECCo’s priorities for the year ahead, building on the five
established strategic themes and reflecting recent progress in governance, service delivery, customer
experience, and value for money. It also outlines the operating environment, key areas of investment and
the financial plan supporting delivery.
To support the consultation, SECCo will host a webinar on 20 January 2026, 14:00. During this session, the
team will walk through the draft Business Plan and Budget and provide an opportunity for SEC Parties to
