What is the issue?
This modification had arisen from the SEC Section D Review. It seeks to streamline the process for progressing a Fast Track Modification Proposal through the SEC Modifications Process, by aligning the process to that used under other energy codes.
What is the solution?
The proposed solution is to make amendments to the existing Fast-Track Modification process so that it can reduce the time a modification can spend in this process, and so that it can be aligned with the Fast-Track processes used in other codes.
