What is the issue?
The Modification Proposal seeks to amend SEC Section D 'Modification Process' to align it with the outcomes of the Ofgem Code Governance Review (CGR) Phase 3.
What is the solution?
SECMP0017 proposes that the Code Administrator (SECAS) will chair all Modification Proposal Working Groups, unless the Panel identifies that there is a conflict of interest preventing this from occurring.
