SECAS, User Independent Auditor (IPA) and Privacy Experts will be hosting a Privacy webinar on 8 November 2024.

During the session, we will provide further clarity on the User IPA and Privacy Experts roles, give an overview of the SEC I Obligations with a focus on the Consent Approach and the impact of any recent Mods, and request input on the SEC I review. We will also share hints and tips from the Validations team based on trends in User understanding and common areas where Users may encounter difficulties. Additionally, we will cover the Privacy Change Notification process and remind Users of their responsibilities and expectations for assessment.
