This is the November 2024 Issues Group meeting where we will be discussing the below new issues:

•  DCC Virtual Gateway for new and existing DCC Users – The SEC currently requires a DCC User to have a physical DCC Gateway Connection. The DCC have several cloud-based organisations who have raised concerns in the onboarding process due to the incompatibility of having a DCC Gateway Connection with their cloud-based IT infrastructure.
•  MHHS SMETS1 Cache Solution Amendment – The DCC proposes to extend the amount of data the SMETS1 Service Provider (S1SP) cache can store from 24 hours to 72 hours before the commencement of the current day. This will prevent Suppliers from having gaps in half-hourly data due to 25 hours passing and the data being deleted. The data will continue to be retained for a maximum of 25 hours.
